We ship by Post Office Airmail Parcel Post(6-18 Day Delivery-Some areas can take longer) to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Northern Ireland, Guam, Netherlands, Australia, England, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Do You Accept? * ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Payment must always be in US funds. Money orders and Western Union can also be accepted. We do not accept wire transfers. Contact us if you have questions about sending payment. Our online site accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and American Express. * Some large items like Upright Basses, Electric Basses, Guitars and Drum Sets may not ship internationally due to restrictions in size. Some items also may not be feasible to ship. Contact us via email before you order if you have a question. * DUTIES/TAXES: International customers are responsible for all duties/taxes. These may vary for each country, we recommend you contact your customs officials for more info on duties and taxes. * We ship items via Post Office Airmail Parcel Post Insured which can take anywhere from 6-18 days for delivery. The Post Office does not have tracking for airmail but we will send you an email confirmation that your item is on the way. Tracing for a lost item can only begin once 30 days from ship date have passed. * Shipping rates are estimated. Once you have selected your items and put in your address. The next page will show you shipping prices. While the amount you are charged should cover shipping, if in the instance it does not you will be notified with a request to pay the balance before shipping. 99% of the time shipping estimates are correct. Upright Basses only ship free to CONT USA. * HAWAII/ALASKA/PUERTO RICO: Items are shipped Post Office Priority Mail Insured 5-8 day delivery. * WARRANTY: Items shipped internationally are not covered under our warranty service. * DAMAGE: Items are well packaged and insured during transit. Once the item has left our facility our responsibility for the item ceases. Damaged items should be reported to the shipper within 48 hours of receiving and a claim should be filed immediately. The shipper becomes the responsible party for any damage during transit. * RETURNS: Once you receive your item you have 7 days to review it. If you do not want to keep the item you may return it to us. A Return Authorization number is required for all merchandise returning to our facility. Contact us to receive an RA number. Items without a RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused. Once you receive your RA number from us the item must be returned immediately. We do not refund and shipping, duties, or taxes. Item must return in as new condition. Any missing parts will be deducted from the sale price.
